Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with your order from NK Creations. If there’s a problem with your item, we’ll do our best to put it right. Please read the policy below for information on returns, refunds and exchanges.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Because our products are handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Ready-to-Buy Items
For standard, non-customised items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- You must contact us first to request a return
- You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where necessary.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email enquiries@nkcreations.co.uk with the following details:
- Your name and order number
- Description of the issue

We’ll confirm return instructions within 2 working days.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
